Return Policy
Step 1
Make sure to return the item in its original packaging and in undamaged condition. Please seal the package with clear tape and do not use duct tape.
Step 2
Write your address on a piece of paper as the return address and also mention our address as the delivery address. If you return a package, it is essential that we can identify who the package is from. If this does not happen, there is a risk that your package will get lost with the delivery service such as Royal Mail or DPD, or that we may not be able to accept the package.
Step 3
Notify us of your return via email at support@oliviamayfair.com. We would like to hear the reason why you want to return your item. Once you exercise your right of return and we receive your bank details (IBAN), your money will be refunded within 10 days.
Note! It is important that we receive proof from you that the item has been returned to us. This proof can consist of a shipping receipt from Royal Mail/DPD or a confirmation email from a courier.
Step 4
Send the package via Royal Mail or DPD, as these are the most affordable return options. The shipping or pickup costs are at your own expense. We ask for your understanding.
Note! If the goods arrive and they are damaged, unkempt, or do not meet our conditions, we reserve the right not to accept the goods. In that case, you are not entitled to a return.
If you have a complaint, we always ask that you send photos along. This way we can work with you to find a satisfactory solution to the problem.
